Woven whisk Dyed with Madder and Cochineal

A Dyed Woven Whisk Broom is an exceptional sweeper as well as a beautiful decorative piece.

The whisk Broom is a very versatile broom that can be used for cleaning and sweeping almost any area.

I individually Craft each broom by hand without the use of machines, They are then dyed by an elder and dear friend of mine who does Natural dying and grown most of her own dye plants. I use tarred fishnet line (to bind the broom), and waxed linen (for sewing flat). These brooms are made with utmost care and attention to detail and are fit for a lifetime of service.
